Finitas are working exclusively with a premier global provider of post-purchase customer experience software, revolutionizing the way brands engage with their customers. They are looking for a Senior Communications Manager.
As the Senior Communications Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies that elevate the brand visibility, enhance their reputation, and drive engagement with key stakeholders.
You will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling narratives, creating content, managing media relations, and driving integrated communications initiatives to support international growth objectives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in communications, public relations, or corporate communications roles, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies that drive brand awareness, reputation management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong media relations skills with experience in securing press coverage and managing relationships with journalists and influencers.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives, press releases, and other communication materials.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable communication plans and tactics.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, content management systems, and analytics tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.
- Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
