Binder Claims Technician | Lloyd's Broker | London/WFH | £Negotiable

Finitas are delighted to be partnered with a growing Lloyd's broker in their search for a Binder Claims Technician. This is a newly created role due to good company growth and you will be reporting into the Head of Claims.

You will be responsible for managing delegated authority / Binding authority claims, handling client communication, and providing excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for claims binder management and insurance placing support as required.

Experience required:

• Claims Handling within the Marine insurance market.
• Delegated Authority Binder experience.
• A good knowledge of binding authority contract management.
• Knowledge of Hull and Marine Trades and Yacht Insurance.
• Previous experience of ECF/CLASS and the IMR Systems.
• Ability to use Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.

Please note you will be required to work in their London office 2/3 days per week.
