InsurTech Platform/Product Manager

Finitas has partnered with a leading Insurance platform provider who are revolutionising the $300bn complex commercial insurance industry by connecting insurers and brokers through an innovative two-sided digital marketplace. They are rapidly growing and transforming how insurance is traded, combining industry expertise with cutting-edge technology.

The Role

As a Product Manager, you will be integral to steering the direction of their strategic and critical data products. Working closely with our Head of Product, Director of Data, and other key stakeholders, you will:

• Deliver Data Product Opportunities: Build a new Insights Platform for insurers and brokers.
• Lead Research and Discovery: Utilise internal and industry data to identify and unlock opportunities.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with cross-functional squads to develop data-led products.
• Shape and Manage Workstreams: Write scoping documents, manage backlogs, and set success criteria.
• Drive Data-Driven Insights: Influence product function and broader business decisions.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in a technical role.
• Possesses a technical background in Data Engineering or Data Science.
• Excels in deriving insights from data and communicating them effectively.
• Experienced in building platforms/products, insurance related is highly advantageous.
• Can bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Is a collaborative self-starter with a focus on delivering quality experiences.
• Is proficient in product management and analytics tools (e.g., Jira, Power BI, Figma, Miro, Airfocus).
