Senior Financial Manager (Finance Operations)

Finitas are working with an industry leading provider of reinsurance. They are looking for a highly experienced Senior Financial Manager to join their business. Reporting into the Head of Financial Operations you will help drive the end-to-end reinsurance finance processes for the EMEA business.

In this role you will need to demonstrate the ability to ensure the successful, cross-functional delivery and understand the financial life cycle of reinsurance transactions. This includes transaction initiation, ledger reconciliation and monthly reporting.

You will also have direct management of one to two staff members.

Required skills:

• Chartered Accountant qualification with prior audit experience preferably within a leading global audit firm.
• At least 5 years post-training experience within an insurance/reinsurance entity.
• Demonstrated middle management experience leading a small team.
• Previous experience of using a reinsurance administration system.
