Commercial Officer | Engineering Consultancy | UK Wide (Hybrid) | £35 - 60,000 (doe)

Finitas are delighted to be partnering with a leading engineering consultancy in their search for two Commercial Officers to join their team.

Joining the rapidly growing defence team you will be supporting the team with a wide range of commercial tasks such as reviewing and drafting agreements including prime and subcontracts, NDAs and MOUs.

Experience required:

Degree educated - ideally in law/business studies/engineering/science/technology.
Experience in sales and procurement commercial management.
Strong analytical skills - able to contractual wording.
Strong communication and Interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at varying levels including senior
Organised, ability to prioritise and work well under pressure.
Knowledge of contractual documents including NDAs, MOUs, teaming agreements, sub- and prime contracts used in a consulting environment.
Knowledge of industry and government contracts - NEC3, NEC4 with AWE or defence contracts would be highly desirable.
