Role Overview:

Our client, a prestigious London insurance broker, is seeking a skilled Consumer Duty Contractor for a 3-month contract with a focus on product governance through thematic reviews. This role offers a unique opportunity for a talented professional to play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with the FCA's Consumer Duty standards, managing consumer risks, and fostering a culture of ethical business practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and conduct comprehensive thematic reviews with a focus on product governance in line with Consumer Duty requirements.
• Develop and implement frameworks and policies to meet Consumer Duty standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and monitor consumer risk indicators within product lines.
• Provide expert advice on Consumer Duty issues and regulatory requirements specific to product governance.
• Prepare and present detailed reports to senior management based on thematic review findings.
• Collaborate with various departments to enhance risk management strategies and address identified issues in product governance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Consumer Duty management and thematic reviews within the insurance sector.
• Strong knowledge of UK regulatory requirements, particularly in Consumer Duty and product governance.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
