Credit Control Analyst (contract)
Finitas have partnered with a leading Global Speciality (Re)insurer who're currently looking to add an interim credit control analyst to the team. This is a 6 month assignment with the potential opportunity to turn perm towards the end of the engagement.
You'll report into the Reinsurance Claims Manager who reports into the European Claims Director. This is an urgent requirement, so short notice periods (2 weeks) are preferred.
Interview Stages: 1 stage (virtual)
Duration: 6 months

Working hours: 7hrs per day
Pay: £175 per day (Inside IR35), which roughly equates to an annual salary of £30,474
Working Patterns: Hybrid, 1-2 days per week (London)
Requirements:
- 3-5 years relevant experience working within insurance / the Lloyd's market
- Working knowledge of Claims payments and reconciliation
- Competent with IT / Systems compliance
- Excellent stakeholder management
Desirables:
- Creating new payment patterns (process improvement)
- iManage, W9 and 1099 protocol experience
Project Description:
Your main focus Will be on a back-book in the UK but there may be some interaction with colleagues/stakeholders in the USA. An understanding of W9 forms and 1099 forms/protocols is a bonus / nice-to-have.
Our client has a number of unreconciled payments and require someone who brings strong reconciliation experience and a process improvement skill-set to come up with a payment pattern that works for them, resolving any ambiguity moving forward.
