Monitoring Analyst | Specialty Insurer | London/WFH | £30 - 38,000 (doe)

Finitas are delighted to be working with a growing specialty insurer in their search for a Monitoring Analyst to join their team. This is a newly created role sitting in the Operations team where you will be:

• Managing the operations mailbox.
• Oversee the TOBA management process.
• Delivery on the quality monitoring framework.
• Coordinating and overseeing external coverholder.
• Collecting MI from the appointed representatives in line with their AR monitoring policy.

Experience required:

• Minimum 1 years compliance experience.
• Experience of working within an insurance broker, MGA or Lloyd's broker.
• A good understanding of the FCA requirements.
• IT literacy in Excel and Word.

Please note you will be required to work in their London office 3 days per week.
