Position - Compliance Officer
Day Rate - £600 per day Outside IR35
Hybrid: 3 days in office

Finitas are excited to be working with a leading London insurer in their search for a compliance officer who has had strong experience in the Lloyd's market. Reporting to the Head of Compliance, you will be responsible for:
- Providing guidance and advice in all matters relating to Compliance to ensure the records are maintained
- Provide day-to-day advice on all aspects of FCA regulation.
- Escalating issues of concern affecting the Risk & Compliance regulated entities as necessary, assisting in the investigation.
- Investigation of potential due diligence screening matches.
- Review and sign off on financial promotions and other marketing material.
- Negotiating TOBAs with Market Counterparties and other contractual trading arrangements.
Experience required:
- Strong knowledge of UK regulatory requirements with up to date awareness of developing regulatory themes
- Effective organisational and workload management skills
- 3-5 years Lloyd's market insurance experience.
- Ability to independently research issues and assess findings of that research
