Client Solutions Associate

Algo Trading

London - 5 days per week in the office

Base salary £60-70k + discretionary bonus

Our client is a leading algorithmic trading firm servicing institutional clients and trading venues globally. In this role, you will provide first line support to buy side clients, you will also be responsible for client onboarding and various ad-hoc projects, utilising effective problem solving and time management skills. If you have 2-3 years of experience in Middle Office; Operations or Compliance and want to move into Front Office, this could be a great career move for you.

Primary Accountabilities / Responsibilities

  • Provide first line support to buy side clients with an emphasis on client care and attention.
  • Assist with client and technology onboarding.
  • Be a single point of contact between Client and internal departments.
  • Monitor NOP limits and Margin Utilisations
  • Reviewing client KYC information and documentation to ensure they are accurate, verified, and complete.
  • Follow existing processes to facilitate trading connectivity ahead of production go-live.
  • Collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders and proactively support the needs of the global client base.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • A strong academic background
  • Experience within the FX, futures, or other derivatives markets.
  • Familiarity with SQL/Python would be advantageous.
  • Electronic trading platform experience -preferred but not essential.
  • Organised, strong attention to detail and confident to work under your own initiative with a willingness to learn and ask questions.
  • Analyse data- charts/tables; query you own data.
  • Be proactive, with a spirit of client service and a desire to grow a business.
  • Highly motivated and tenacious individual, with a proven ability to take initiative and work independently and within a team.
