Interim Project Manager - Just in!
Finitas are working to support a new insurance service provider who're in need of a confident Project Manager who can provide support the business across ongoing IT transformation projects (non-technical).
This a Junior to Mid-level role (3-5 years). You will need SOME Insurance experience (1 year+) but not extensive. This is the perfect role for a bright and confident PM, with a few years under their belt, who's looking to expand their repertoire within the insurance market.

The ideal candidate:
- 3-5 years+ experience working as a Project Manager
- Ideally, some contracting experience with good longevity (e.g. you've recently completed a 9month+ contract.
- Some insurance experience (1year+)
- IT Change & Transformation experience
- Prince 2 Certified with recent JIRA experience
- Excellent stakeholder management, confident working autonomously & requiring little support, working in a lean team to gather requirements and drive successful delivery across multiple IT Change projects.
What would make you stand out?
- Completion / part-completion of Lean Six Sigma Certification
- Experience working on System implementation within insurance (e.g. PAS/CRM/Management Systems)
- Some previous experience working in areas of Underwriting, Claims or the MGA space.
